Our Services
One crew for the whole job — design, permits, construction, and installation. Here's what we build and maintain.
Stationary docks driven into the lakebed and engineered for your water depth and shoreline. Rock-solid, low-movement, and built to carry lifts, roofs, and heavy foot traffic. Adjustable options handle seasonal level changes.
Modular floating systems that rise and fall with the lake — ideal for the deep drawdowns on North Texas lakes like Possum Kingdom and Granbury. Reconfigurable, easy to expand, and quick to install.
Lean-to, gable, and hip roofs that keep sun and rain off your boat and add shaded, usable space. Metal or shingle, matched to your home, with optional sundecks on top.
Cantilever and cradle lifts sized to your boat's weight, plus jet-ski ports and floating drive-on ports. Keep your hull out of the water to stop algae, blistering, and wear.
Re-deck your existing frame with composite, aluminum, or Ipe hardwood for a brand-new surface at a fraction of a full rebuild. Slip-resistant, splinter-free, and cool underfoot.
Re-flotation, decking replacement, hardware swaps, and full storm-damage restoration. We'll assess your existing dock and fix what's needed — no upsell to a full rebuild.
Permitting
Every dock on a North Texas lake needs a permit from the utility or agency that manages the shoreline — the Brazos River Authority, Tarrant Regional Water District, or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. We know each program's rules for setbacks, size limits, and covered slips, and we prepare and submit the application for you.
